“The ancient battle passed down from the gods is about to begin anew!”
Long ago, the gods sent their emissaries, the "Godhands," to Earth to manage humanity. These beings shared their knowledge with humans, lived among them, and even fell in love with them. Their children were called Anakim, who would later become the ancestors of Psykers and Villains.
In the modern era, Psykers, upon awakening their abilities, were protected as national assets and fought against Villains, who were treated as potential criminals. Cassian, a top-tier Psyker, receives an unexpected call from his senior and travels to Rhodes, Greece. Upon arriving at the meeting place, Cassian finds his senior in critical condition due to an attack, and shortly after, his senior dies. While fleeing from the assassins who killed his senior, Cassian encounters his comrade Jack. However, Jack reveals himself to be the assassin who inflicted the fatal wound on their senior, and Cassian is attacked by Jack and his men, eventually falling off a cliff. Just when Cassian thinks he is about to die, the necklace his senior had given him before his death begins to glow, and Cassian is resurrected in the body of a young boy named Kang Woo in South Korea.
As Cassian struggles to comprehend this bewildering turn of events, Moros, a noble ancient spirit, appears before him. Moros explains the sequence of events that led to this moment and reveals the tasks Cassian must now undertake. Among these is the revelation of the fate of Kang Woo, the boy whose body Cassian now inhabits.
“A top-tier Psyker... now destined to become a Villain?!”
Reborn as Kang Woo, a boy fated to awaken as a catastrophic-level Villain, Cassian inherits this dark destiny. However, under the protection of the noble Moros, Cassian is able to maintain his rationality and control his overwhelming desires, unlike other Villains. Embracing his newly awakened Villain powers, Cassian begins to uncover the secrets surrounding his own death, following Moros' guidance.
